We've been making keel position senders and gauge panels for Southerly Lifting and Swing Keel systems for over twenty years. Every sender and panel is made to order for individual yacht models.

Senders

Our senders use a series of reed switches activated by a magnet to give accurate keel position readings across the full range of motion. We offer a range of lengths and configurations to suit the different Southerly models and keel arrangements.

If you need a replacement sender, please specify the length and how many gauge panels the sender feeds — this affects the configuration of the replacement.

Gauge Panels

Our new panel is built around an IP67 sealed gauge unit with a 316 stainless steel bezel — no exposed electronics. Switching is handled by two illuminated IP67 push switches. Panels are available in portrait or landscape orientation; landscape panels are supplied with the switches on the left or right for installation on port or starboard locations. All panel components are available individually as spare parts.
