How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing an order you'll receive an email confirming that payment was successful. You'll get a second email when your order has been packed and shipped — including a tracking number if you chose a trackable shipping option.
Can I change my order after it's confirmed?
Send us a message using the form above. If the order hasn't shipped yet, it can still be changed. Once it has shipped, you'll need to create a return request from your account page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. If you can't select your delivery address at the checkout, send us a message using the form above and we'll look into it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched the next working day after they're confirmed. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
