Returns & Refunds

Our returns window is 90 days, and UK & EU customers also have a 14-day right to cancel. Request a return from your account — here's the short version, with full terms in our refund policy.

You can manage returns directly from your account. Log in — no password is needed, just enter your email and we'll email you a login code — then open the order in your history and request a return there.

In short Items can be returned within 90 days, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. UK & EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery. Faulty or wrongly dispatched items are returned at our cost; otherwise return shipping is yours (please use an insured and trackable service). For full terms, see our refund policy.

How to returnRequesting a return

  1. Log in to your account — no password needed; just enter your email and we'll email you a login code.
  2. Open the order in your order history.
  3. Click the Request Return button.
  4. Once we've received and inspected the goods, your refund is applied to the original payment method — usually within 3 working days.

EligibilityWhat can be returned

  • Within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Unused and in re-sellable condition.
  • In the original packaging with all parts intact, and with proof of purchase.

A partial refund may apply to any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, has its original packaging missing or damaged, or is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

ExemptionsWhat can't be returned

For health and safety reasons, holding-tank senders fitted to a tank that has contained waste cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom, bespoke or made-to-order items (for example cut-to-length senders) can't be returned for change of mind, but may be returned if faulty or damaged in transit. If you have a faulty item under warranty, please contact us.

Damaged in transitIf your item arrives faulty

If the product is faulty or damaged in transit, email us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photographs and we'll put it right.

ShippingReturning the item to us

Unless the item is faulty or wrongly dispatched, you're responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund without paying return shipping, the cost is deducted from your refund. Please use an insured and trackable service — we can't guarantee receipt of an untracked return.
