Shipping & delivery
Orders are generally dispatched the next working day. Where possible, orders placed before noon (GMT) may be dispatched the same day; orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. A choice of shipping options is available at checkout.
Duties paid — no surprises
All orders shipped outside the UK now go on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis with UPS. Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price you pay is the full landed cost — nothing further to pay on delivery, and no separate customs handling fee. Business customers: please add your VAT and EORI numbers in the fields below where applicable.

VAT handled at checkout
For lower-value EU orders, VAT continues to be collected at checkout via IOSS.
