- Check the order for a tracking link and view its current status.
Dispatch emailYour tracking link
When your order is dispatched we'll send a confirmation email with the carrier tracking details. UK orders ship with UPS or Royal Mail, and orders outside the UK ship with UPS β either way you can follow your parcel using the link in that email or on the order in your account.
Haven't had a dispatch email yet? If you ordered very recently it may not have left us. If you think it should have shipped, check your spam folder, then log in and check the order before contacting us.
Shipping abroadInternational orders
Orders outside the UK ship on a duties-paid basis via UPS, so duties and taxes are settled at checkout and there's nothing more to pay on delivery. You track an international order exactly the same way β through your account or the link in your dispatch email.
